What are you Facing, Embracing, Defying and Conquering?

 My new diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy

How do you FACE it? I do as many ‘normal’ activities as possible even though some are difficult.

How do you EMBRACE it? I laugh at myself when I fall and get over it quickly and continue with my day.

How do you DEFY it? I defy it by not letting anything hold me back in life.

How do you CONQUER it? I just keep getting up everyday and keep trying again.

What does this scholarship from VVF mean to you? The foundation brings more awareness to the disabled population. It helps those who are disabled have more freedom by helping with associated costs. Because of this, I will finally be able to go on a bike ride with my family for the first time!
