Caregivers Connection

VVF understands that when someone has a mobility disability this can often impact family or friends as they take on the role of the caregiver.

Vision: Caregivers Connection is a safe space giving the gift of HOPE through support, resources and shared experiences.

Caregivers Connection Resources

Join VVF Co-Founder Jacqueline Arlen in a conversation with caregiver, Denise.

Denise tells her story, offers advice and shares resources that have helped her family while on their own journey.

Establishing sustainable gratitude practices is one way of making life a little easier as we navigate the many demands of the holiday seasons. Michele shared her process of being grateful for her cup of tea and the many senses that are tapped into in the making of a cup of tea.

We invite you to tap into your senses – taste, touch, hear, smell, see – name 3 things for each sense that you are grateful for. This is a great gratitude practice and can also be used as a grounding technique when feeling overwhelmed.

Thank you to our caregiver support partners for helping us launch our Caregivers Connection Program!
