Aimee Beaudette

Aimee Beaudette
(TBI) Traumatic Brain Injury
Boston

Wow... where do I begin? Aimee was always kind, loving and caring and would help anyone out, always with a smile. She was very active and involved, did everything from being captain of her teams as well as class treasurer of her high school where she also made National Honors. In her college years Aimee made the Deans list and passed all the tests she needed to become a teacher. In Aimee's senior year in college all hell broke loose. It started with a simple stomach ache which led to Aimee spending five months in the ICU at Bringham and Women's hospital. Months later Aimee came home like an infant in an adult's body (caused from a traumatic brain injury). Over the past ten years Aimee has been through many programs including physical therapy and occupational therapy and with her strong determination and the help of others she has made tremendous improvements. Aimee now goes to Project Walk where they work on her strength using different techniques and various specialty equipment in the hopes that she will be walking again. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and we'd like to thank you in advance for all your love and support.
